In addition to the standard bonuses, United Bank Card periodically offers special bonus offers to our ISO partners. These may be bonuses associated with specific equipment sales, increase in sales growth, overall production volume or some other measure. These special bonus opportunities often offer very exciting prizes such as high-end electronics or watches. In the past, UBC has given away a Mercedes and a Porsche to our sales partners. One recent contest awarded one of our ISO partners with an all-expenses paid trip to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles, CA! The prize included two tickets to the Grammy Awards Show, round-trip airfare for two, three nights stay at the luxurious Hyatt Regency Century Plaza and two tickets to the official Awards After-Party at the LA Convention Center. Another recent contest offered one of our ISO partners with a once in a lifetime chance to fly in a real fighter jet!

Practically every issue I've had with any of my merchants gets resolved within the hour, and if more time is required then a representative always follows up and ensures that my merchants are happy.
